How to Use
- Add 1 teaspoon of Red Raspberry Leaf (RRL) into a tea infuser, teapot, coffee plunger, or directly into a teacup or mug. Pour 250 ml boiling water over and allow herbs to infuse for 10-15 minutes. Strain if necessary. Sweeten if desired.
- Drink 3 cups daily during the last trimester and more frequently throughout labor. Recommended for use from 32 weeks of pregnancy. RRL tea may also be used after birth to aid postpartum recovery and breastmilk production.
