How to Use
- Spray directly onto the perineum, haemorrhoids or affected area, or spray onto a cotton wool ball & apply to the affected area for cool soothing relief. Prepare pantiliners with Perineum Spray, pack pantiliners in the bag and freeze. Pack in a hospital bag for immediate relief from pain. The pantiliner can be placed on top of your maternity pad.
