This website is owned and operated by Aphrodite’s Garden (a division of Ikhozi Distributors cc,  based in South Africa. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aphrodite’s Garden.

2. Products and Services

Aphrodite’s Garden offers all-natural feminine care and wellness products. While we take every effort to ensure our product descriptions are accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to discontinue or change products without notice.

All our products are designed for external use only unless otherwise stated. Please consult your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, chronic or on medication before using any new product.

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders can be placed through our online store.
• Payment is required at checkout and can be made via secure payment gateways such as Yoco, EFT, or any method listed at checkout.
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or errors in pricing or availability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times vary based on location and chosen delivery method but typically take 2–5 working days within South Africa.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free delivery may apply to orders above a specified threshold.

Aphrodite’s Garden is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days. Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by us in the case of defective or incorrect items only.

6. Product Safety Disclaimer

All Aphrodite’s Garden products are natural and formulated with care, but please perform a patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and should not replace medical advice.
