How to Use
Directions for Use
Perineum Spray: Spray directly onto the perineum, haemorrhoids or affected area, or spray onto a cotton wool ball & apply to the affected area for cool soothing relief. Prepare pantiliners with Perineum Spray, pack pantiliners in the bag and freeze. Pack in a hospital bag for immediate relief from pain. The pantiliner can be placed on top of your maternity pad. Keep Perineum Spray in the fridge before and after use for cooling relief from pain.
Sitz Bath Salts: Add 2–3 tablespoons (or 1 infusion bag) to warm water. Soak for 10–15 minutes to relax, soothe, and enhance healing.
