How to Use
Pregnancy
- Apply a small amount onto clean or gloved fingers and massage onto the perineum to gently stretch using thumbs from vagina in an outwards and downwards ‘U-shaped’ motion. Maintain stretch for 1-2 minutes.
- Perineum massage for 5-10 minutes daily is recommended from 34 weeks of pregnancy in preparation for vaginal birth.
- Perineum Balm applied to the perineum may also support healing and discomfort after birth. Due to the sensitive nature of the perineum area, it's best to do a skin test 24-hours prior to daily usage.
Peri/Menopause:
- Apply a small amount and massage gently to perinuem when needed to ease dryness and irritation. Best applied after urination, bath and bedtime.
