Herbal tea to support a comfortable pregnancy and birth. Red raspberry leaf helps to tone and strengthen uterus to promote efficient contractions during labour.

 

Preparation: Add 1 teaspoon of Red Raspberry Leaf (RRL) into tea infuser, teapot, coffee plunger or directly into a teacup or mug. Pour 250 ml boiling water over and allow herbs to infuse for 10-15 minutes. Strain if necessary. Sweeten if desired. 

 

Dosage: Drink 3 cups daily during the last trimester and more frequently throughout labour. Recommended for use from 32 weeks of pregnancy. RRL tea may also be used after birth to aid postpartum recovery and breastmilk production. 

 

Ingredients: Rubus idaeus (Red raspberry) leaves
