Ingredients: Stoneground unbleached wheat flour, rolled oats, coconut, brown sugar, white sugar, honey, flaxseed, almonds, dates/dark chocolate chips, Aphrodite’s Garden Lactation Spice blend, natural sodium bicarbonate, Himalayan salt and love.

Sugar mix - we've packed the sugars separately for those who would like to substitute with an alternative sweetener 
 
You will need to the above ingredients:
 
1/2 cup (125ml) unsalted butter
 
1/2 cup coconut oil
 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
*2 large eggs (not required in Oat Crunchie flavour)
 
*Chocolate for drizzling (only required for Oat Crunchies)
