Orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Some products like our food items and gift sets may take a bit longer as they are prepared in small batches.

When can I collect my order?

We offer free order collections from our warehouse in Lansdowne, Cape Town. Once your order is ready to collect, we will contact you to set up an appointment to collect.
